What are the new features I can expect to see in RegOnline?
Solution:
RegOnline is constantly working to improve our system, adding new features and enhancements that will make your job easier. Some of the upcoming new features we are working on are listed below. When these features are available on our system, we’ll post more detailed information about how to use them. But for now, here’s a list of the new functionality you can expect to see soon in RegOnline.
Agenda Item Setup Improvements - Create an agenda or schedule for your event with ease using a new calendar view and simplified user interface.
Cancellation Fees - Charge cancellation fees for cancelled attendees automatically.
Change Tracking - Track exactly what attendees change when updating their registrations. If an attendee changes their dinner choice from beef to chicken you'll be the first to know.
Customize Registration Form Terminology - Ability to change most aspects of the registration form terminology. Impoved support for multilingual registration forms!
Custom Report Wizard - A step by step custom report wizard that will make it even easier to get the information that you need.
Event-Level Waitlistlisting - Create an automatic waitlist for your entire event to save time and effort in managing your event limits.
Invitation Emails - Email improvements to make it easier to send out event invitations to potential registrants and other email broadcasts.
Item Discounts & Discount Code improvements - Offer discounts on groups of items, such as 10% off the selection of 3 or more activities/items. Create universal discount codes that can be used on mulitple items in an event.
Lodging & Travel Improvements - Enhancements to the Lodging & Travel functionality for Event Registrations.
Multilingual (Localization) Support - Added support for creating registration forms in multiple languanges.
Performance Enhancements - Performance improvements to the Event Builder, specifically for larger events with hundreds of Agenda Items and Custom Fields.
Registration Transfer - Easily move or copy registrants from one registration form to another.
Restrict the Selection of Conflicting Agenda Items - Control the selection of conflicting Agenda Items to keep registrants from selecting more than one item with overlapping dates/times.
Template Linking/Inheritance - Create an inheritance between templates and registration forms created from them. This will allow you to lock sections of the registration form so that only unlocked sections can be changes in the event and locked sections need to be changed in the template.
Touchnet Merchant Gateway - Support for the Touchnet Merchant Gateway for online credit card processing.
