I would like to enter or change the billing information in my account. How do I access the billing details for my RegOnline account?
Solution:
Assuming that you have full permission in the account, you should have the option to add or modify the default account information.
To do this:
- Sign in to your account, and click the Account tab.
- Click the Account Information link.
- Click the appropriate Edit link to update information in the Primary Contact Information section and the Billing Contact Information section.
- Fields marked with a red asterisk (*), such as the credit card information for this account, are required.
- If you are editing a sub-account, click the Same as Primary link when editing the Billing Contact Information section to import the information from your main account.
- When you’ve finished making your changes, click the Save link at the bottom of the section.
Additional Information:
When you activate an event for the first time, then you will be prompted to enter your billing information at that time.
You can also view your Invoices and other Billing information related to your account (such as Invoices, Credit Card transaction fees, Number of Registrations, Professional Services, etc.) from the Manage Account window. Simply select the month that you wish to view and click the PDF icon to run a specific report.
