I’m looking at the transactions for an attendee. How do I know which transaction(s) actually charged (or refunded) the attendee’s credit card?

Solution:

When you look at the Transactions section of an Attendee Record, only those that contain the word “Online” in the Type column were processed online, meaning that these are the only transactions that actually hit the attendee’s credit card.

The two types of online transactions that you may see in the Type column of an attendee’s transaction are:

• Online Credit Card Payment – this transaction charged the attendee’s credit card
• Online Credit Card Refund – this was a refund put back on the attendee’s credit card
