Event Builder - Renewal Options

Field Descriptions:

Renewal Frequency - Select how frequently your members must renew their membership. This option cannot be changed once your Membership has been Activated. Choose from:

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Annually
• Semi-Annually

Enable Fixed Renewal Date - Select if you wish to require all members to renew on a specified date, instead of renewing based on a selected Renewal Frequency. Example: If this option is selected, and a renewal date of September 20th is entered, all members (including anyone that signed up on September 19th) will be required to renew their membership on September 20th of each year. It is common to prorate your membership fees when using a Fixed Renewal Date. This option cannot be changed once your Membership has been Activated.

Auto-Renewal - Display an "Automatically Renew my Membership" option during registration. If selected, the registrant's membership will be renewed automatically on the renewal date. If the registrant has paid by credit card, their card will be charged any applicable upon renewal. If the registrant has paid by another method, you must collect payment manually following the automatic renewal. This option functions best when credit cards are your only payment option. This option cannot be changed once your Membership has been Activated.

Promotional Period Length - Give your new members a number of days free before having to pay any recurring membership fees. More information can be found here. This option cannot be changed once your Membership has been Activated.
