Contact List Details
- Contacts - A list of all of the contacts included in the Contact List. If your Contact List contains more than 22 contacts, you will note that they are organized alphabetically. You can jump to a specific letter by clicking on the letter along the right side. The contacts are listed alphabetically by email address or name. To display the contacts alphabetically by name, click the Name column header. To display the contacts alphabetically by email address, click the Email Address column header.
- Search - Search for a specific contact by name or email address.
- Count - The number of contacts in your Contact List.
- Date Created - The date when the Contact List was created.
- Page - Enter a page number to jump directly to that page of contacts.
- Actions -
- Add Contact - Manually enter a new contact into the list.
- Import Contacts - Upload a Excel or CSV file containing new contacts.
- Export List - Download an Excel file containing all of the contacts in the list.
- Send Email to List - Begin creating a new Email Invitation to send to the Contact List.
- Apply Filters - Create a new Contact List by applying filters to the current one. For example, if you wanted to send an email only to the contacts that work for a specific company, you can use a Company filter to create a new mailing list that only contains these specific contacts.
- Edit List Name - Change the name of the Contact List.
- Emails Sent to This List - A list of all the Email Invitations that have been sent to this list.
