At this point the date and time for your event will only display to
registrants in the time zone that you set up in your event.
We are working on adding additional localization features that should address
this issue in the future.
As far as adding fields, you can create custom fields on the Personal Information page
to display and collect any information that you wish. However they will always
display below the list of Standard Fields on the registration form.
