Someone created an incomplete registration and they forgot their password. They also don't like their new password being sent through e-mail. So they asked me to remove their incomplete registration so that they can proceed anew.

So, can I delete incomplete registration records?

Welcome to the RegOnline User's Group.

There is not currently a way to remove incomplete registrations.  The registrants would have to create a new registration record and not use the Auto-recall feature to recall the existing incomplete record.

For security purposes we must email registrants a way for them to reset their own password.  You could disable the auto-recall feature if you find that this is causing problems or contact the Tech Support department to disable passwords entirely for your account (this is not recommended, however).
