New Features

• 6427- Test registrations can now be deleted individually from the attendee info window.
• 7146- The Hotel Confirmation number, if entered, will now be displayed on the attendee's Registration Confirmation in the Lodging section.
• 7312- Added the "Attended" status to the list of available registration statuses that can be set manually for any attendee.
• 8988- Added ability to clear gender personal info field in Attendee Info.

Report Fixes

• 8186- The Detailed Account Activity reports and Credit Card Reconcilliation reports will now open correctly when run.
• 8508- Billing reports run from the Manage Account window will no longer be blocked in IE7.
• 8064- Formatting fix for the Attendee Info page - the "More" link is no longer outside of the frame
• 7439- Custom reports that are empty, grouped, and exported to PDF will no longer produce an Adobe error.
• 7206- Custom Reports exported to a PDF Tabular format will no longer truncate columns that do not fit on the page.
• 6088- Formatting fix for long field values in Custom Reports exported to PDF.
• 7189- Custom Reports grouped by "Registration Group" and exported to Excel will now be formated correctly.
• 8717- Resource Allocation or Seating information will now be displayed correctly on the Attendee Info page.
• 8026- When the printing the attendee info (PDF format), then any information that exceeds the first page of the PDF will no longer be truncated.
• 8212- Custom reports that are exported to PDF will no longer be truncated or missing pages when there are numerous columns that extend past the width of the first page.
• 8722- Agenda Items with a colon ":" in the Column Name on Reports field will now display correctly on the Agenda Item Report.

Registration Fixes

• 7896- Fixed Firefox formatting issues when viewing the Agenda Items tab on the Attendee Record using the Boulder Theme.
• 8219- The Hotel Details link will now display images uploaded to the Advanced section in the Hotel Setup.
• 6981- Membership integrations with events will now work correctly with Member Types that are only visible to Admins during an Admin registration.
• 8480- Memberships - Section Headers and Continue Button fee types will not have "(Renews monthly)" after the description
• 8521- Custom Fields located on the Personal Info page will now appear on the Printable Registration Confirmation in IE.
• 8427- Fix for problem with displaying printable schedule in certain circumstances.
• 8362- Updated the Waitlist Instructions on the Checkout page
• 7101- Using italics in the Pueblo and Denver event themes will no longer break text wrapping.
• 6898- Fixed a site error during registrations that was caused by an incomplete Salesforce Integration setup.
• 8392- The Status Message will now display properly when an event status is set to automatically change and display a custom status message.
• 8190- Updated the text on the confirmation page of a Survey registration to be grammatically correct.
• 8329- Registering a group of three and entering discount codes for two registrants, will no longer give the discount to the third registrant.
• 8203- Events that are set up to authenticate on Membership ID will no longer cause a timeout error during a registration update.

Admin Registration Fixes

• 7751- Overriding the Event Fee price during an Admin Registration to select an Early/Late price option will now charge the correct price on checkout.
• 7521- Cancelled attendees in a group will no longer be un-cancelled after a new attendee is added to a group using the Admin Register tool.
• 8530- The "Add Another" link during an Admin Registration will no longer produce a security permissions error.

Manager Fixes

• 8111- Fixed a permissions issue that allowed users with read-only access to reports to filter and modify reports after running them.
• 9042- Users with custom roles will no longer have problems with admin group registrations.

Builder Fixes

• 6982- Memberships - Changing a Membership Fee from a One-Time fee to a Recurring fee will no longer charge existing registrants the fee again or generate additional payments.
• 7309- Agenda Items and Event Fees can no longer be saved in the Event Builder with an Early/Late price and no Standard price.
• 7827- Added the "Title on Invoice/Receipt" field to Agenda Items using the Section Header field type to allow users to modify the content that displays on the Event Website.
• 5010- To prevent errors, removed HTML code support from various text fields on the Checkout and Lodging pages
• 6639- Memberships - Added a link to the Renewal Reminder Email on the Emails tab in the Membership Builder.
• 7863- The Conditional Logic Tool Tips will now show up for all items in the Event Builder when Conditional Logic is used.
• 8579- Memberships - The next renewal date will no longer switch to January 1st when the registration form builder is saved with fixed renewal dates enabled
• 7364- Added a "What's This" help link next to the field type selection in Custom Fields and Agenda Items in the Event Builder.
• 7604- Disabling the Lodging and Travel page will no longer cause previously selected lodging fields to disappear from attendees' records.
• 6854- Updated the "Edit Payment Instructions" field label to "Edit off-line payment instructions" to make it clearer to users.
• 8777- Fix for problem with Registrant Type Visibility options on Custom Fields being saved
• 6932- Memberships - Changing a recurring membership fee will generate a prompt to allow users to apply the change to existing members.
• 7170- The Agenda Item Status field has been moved to the Advanced section in the Define Agenda Item window.
• 7448- Updated the Early and Late pricing setup options on Agenda Items and Event Fees to be clearer to users.
• 7962- HTML code in the page name field on the Checkout page will no longer cause a site error when setting up a Merchant Gateway.
• 8279- Fixed a site error that was generated when previewing the Personal Information page.
• 7889- Fixed a site error when editing event that has a null value in the dynamic descriptor.
• 8588- An extra space (<BR> tag) will no longer be inserted into the end of the HTML code in the Question/Description field on Agenda Items.
• 8474- Standard Personal Information Field Names that are modified will now maintain the correct capitalization that is entered by the user.

Email Fixes

• 7440- Sending a test email with the HTML Code view selected will no longer delete the email content.
• 7558- RegMail content that is only using the Text-only content section will no longer have empty HTML tags inserted into the HTML section resulting in a blank email when sent to recipients.
• 6637- Memberships - A default Renewal Reminder email will now be created for all new memberships.
• 6302- Registrants will no longer get multiple Update Confirmation Emails in certain situations
• 8539- Admin Notification Email summaries will now be sent correctly each day.
• 9091- Mailing list uploads will no longer default gender to male.
• 8346- You can no longer save a reminder email that is set to go 0 months, 0 days, 0 hours before Event Start Date.
