Features and Changes
- 7278- New standard fields available- Gender and Date of Birth.
- 6990- Improvements to the Activate (Go Live) process. The "Go Live" button has been renamed to "Activate".
- 7970- Added a new method "ByAccountIDEventID" to the getEvents Webservice (API).
- 6820- Added the Event Fee to getEvents Webservice (API).
- 7285- Terms and Conditions will display in a scrollable block, and will always be black text on white.
- 7890- The "Title on Invoice/Receipt" and "Column name on reports" fields on Agenda Items and Custom Fields will be automatically populated with content from the "Question/Description" field.
- 7491- When editing Event Cost in Attendee Info, the Event Fees and Reg Type Fees will be identified by their field names (Column name on reports) instead of their Question/description captions
- 3763- In badges, agenda items will not display location.
- 7288- Billing reports will display correct currency name or symbol
Registration Fixes
- 7635- Long text in grid views, registration and invoice, will now wrap properly.
- 7759- Using the TAB key to navigate to the "Finish My Registration" button and hitting ENTER instead of clicking on the button, will no longer produce an error.
- 7372- Registrants will no longer be able to register without a fee in events with specific Conditional Logic configurations.
- 7522- The Group Discount Rule will now be applied correctly to Multiple Choice items.
- 7817- Special characters will now display correctly in the Contact Info window.
- 7902- On events with updates/substitutions/cancellations disabled, registrants will still be able to enter a password to view their record.
- 7645- Clicking the links "create new group by adding a new attendee"/"Add a new attendee to this group" from Attendee Info will now allow you to add someone to a group even if Updates are turned off.
- 7846- Fixed an issue where Always Selected items do not display in specific configurations using Group Names and Conditional Logic.
- 7934- Fixed an issue where an Admin Registration can skip a required fee in certain situations.
- 7358- Waitlisted Agenda Items that are using the field type "Always Selected" will no longer block registrants from completing their registration.
- 7354- Long event titles will no longer be cut off in events using the Vail Theme.
Other Fixes
- 7399- Deleted registration forms can no longer be Activated.
- 7833- Added proper error handling to the Upload Photo standard field on the Personal Information page.
- 7153- The Status Message set when changing an event status automatically will now save correctly.
- 8023- Site Error fix when attempting to reorder waitlisted attendees on the Agenda Items report.
- 7779- Memberships - Recurring fees added on the back-end after the initial registration, will now create the appropriate transaction on the member's record.
- 6384- Formatting fix for Custom Fields and Agenda Items with long captions or text fields that are displayed on the Attendee Information window.
- 7281- "Int'l State/County/Province (Non US/Canada)" field renamed to "State/Provence/Region".
- 8015- The Check-in feature will now work properly after first generating a Printable Schedule for an attendee.
- 6269- Formatting fix for Agenda Items listed on the Attendee Information window.
