    What information is displayed in the standard reports for my events?

    What information is displayed in each of the standard reports in my RegOnline account?

    Solution:

    There are a number of pre-built reports available in your RegOnline account to give you quick access to information for each of your events.

    To access your Standard Reports:

    1. Locate and select the desired event.
    2. Click on the Standard Reports tab from the Event Dashboard at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Click the link for the desired report (or click the Filter link to select specific criteria).

    Here is a list of the Standard Reports the information is displayed on each one:

    Main:

    • Event Snapshot - Displays a quick overview of the registrations, revenue, and Custom Fields & Agenda Items for your event.
    • Attendees - This is the main registration roster for your event.
      • You can click on the individual registration status links to get a quick filtered Attendee's report. More on registration statuses...
        • For example: Click the Incomplete link to view the incomplete registrations for your event.
    • Agenda Items - Displays all of the Agenda Items in your event and the registrants that selected them.
    • RegAnalytics - Displays Analytic information to show you how registrants got to your event registration form, the conversion rates, and other tracking code information. More info...

    Accounting:

    • Transactions - Displays every transaction that is recorded on the attendees' records. This report can be filtered to break down various types of transactions (such as revenue and cash transactions).
    • Credit Card Reconciliation - A PDF report that lists every credit card transaction for your event. You can use this report to reconcile your online credit card transactions with your Merchant Gateway, if necessary.
      • A similar report can be found in the Manage Account section under Administration.

    Lodging & Travel:

    • Lodging - Displays all of the standard Lodging preferences entered by registrants on the Lodging & Travel page.
    • Lodging Booking - Additional Lodging information for each registrant sorted by Hotel.
      • Click Filter to select the desired hotel to report on.
      • You can use the action icons on this report to send confirmation emails to registrants and quickly modify lodging preferences.

    • Travel - Displays the standard Travel preferences entered by registrants on the Lodging & Travel page.

    Additional Information:

    To narrow your results on each report, click the Filter link next to each report. This will open a window allowing you to select your filtering criteria.

    You can share the report details of any Standard or Custom report with others using the Smart Link feature. Show me how...
