I would like to manually change the waitlist order on an Agenda Item. How do I reorder a waitlist?

Solution:

The Agenda-Level Waitlist feature allows registrants to select an item that has reached capacity in order to be placed in a queue or line for the item. When a spot is available they will automatically be moved into the selected item. Even though the system assigns the registrant's order on the waitlist automatically, you, as the event administrator, can reorder the waitlist from the "back-end".

To do so:

1. Locate and select your event the in the Manager screen.
2. Click the Standard Reports tab from the Event Dashboard.
3. Click the Filter link next to the Agenda Items report.
4. Select the checkbox to show Waitlisted Attendees.
5. From the list of Available Agenda Items (left column), select the items that you wish to display on the report.
6. Click the (>) button to move the selected items to the list of Selected Agenda Items (right column).
7. Click OK to run the report.
8. Under the Waitlist section for each Agenda Item, simply Drag and Drop any attendee to reorder the waitlist.
   • The attendee at the top of the waitlist section will be the next attendee to move into the item when space becomes available
