I would like to check in attendees from the RegOnline Manager. How do I check-in attendees at my event?
Solution:
Once an attendee is registered for your event their registration status will be set to "Confirmed" (unless specified differently in the Event Builder). In order to check an attendee in at your event, you will have to change their status to "Attended" to indicate that they have showed up or will show up to your event. The Check-In feature will make this process quick and simple.
To check in attendees manually:
- From the Events tab, click the title of the event.
- Click on the Reports link.
- Open the Confirmed Attendees report.
- Select the checkbox next to the attendee(s) that you wish to check in.
- You can select more than one attendee from your report to check in multiple attendees at once.
- Click on the Check In button at the bottom of the report.
- When prompted, click Yes to confirm the change. The attendee status will be changed to "Attended".
Additional Information:
- You can also allow attendee's to check themselves in at your event using the On-site Kiosk. Show me how...
- Registrations completed using while the event is in On-site status or using the Registration and Self Check-in Kiosk will automatically be checked-in or changed to an "Attended" registration status.
