How do I select the Renewal Frequency (annual, monthly, etc.) for my membership?
Solution:
When you set up your membership you can select the Renewal Frequency in which your members renew to the following periods:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
- Semi-Annually
To change the Renewal Frequency:
- Edit your Membership and click on the Checkout page.
- In the Renewal Properties section, select the appropriate frequency in the Renewal Frequency field.
- Save your change
Additional Information:
Renewal Frequency is different from Payment Frequency. You can, for example, set up a monthly Payment Frequency on a membership with an annual Renewal Frequency. This will allow members to pay for their membership over time. It is suggested that you make your Renewal and Payment frequency the same.
