    Why is my custom report not printing correctly?

    Topic:

    When I print a custom report from RegOnline the text either too small to read or cut off from the right-hand side of the page.

    Solution:

    When a report is generated in RegOnline it is rendered as an HTML page.  Different web browsers can handle HTML in different ways. If your report has many columns that span across the right-hand side of a page, then the web browser is going to handle this extra information in different ways. Some browsers, like Internet Explorer, will try to shrink the information down in order for it to fit onto one page, resulting in smaller than expected text size. Others, such as Firefox, will simply truncate content that can not fit on a single page, so your printed report may lose the content on the right end of each line of text.

    You can print your full report by exporting it to either Excel (XLS) format or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
