How do I see my RegOnline pricing plan or other account information?
Solution:
You can use the Manage Account window to view or update your account information, including your primary contact and billing info, pricing plan, standard currency, time zone, default pricing, and more. You can also see your most recent payment and current outstanding balance, and run reports to display your account activity for the last six months.
To open the Manage Account window, in the left side navigation bar click on Account tab and then Account Information.
From here you can:
- Click the edit icon
in the lower right corner of each section to update the information in that section.
- Click the Show link in the Account Defaults section to see your RegOnline pricing plan.
- Default Event Pricing - select the default pricing schedule that your events use
- You will have the option change this price when you Go Live or Activate each event.
- Click a PDF icon at the bottom of the window to run a report of your account activity. For example, you can click the icon to the right of the Invoice/Statement field to see your most recent RegOnline invoice.
- Select a month and click the PDF icon to run a report (or invoice) for previous months.
