I see that RegOnline has a number of training videos available. Which one(s) do you recommend that I watch?

Solution:

RegOnline has Flash-based training videos available to our customers, and they range from short overviews on specific topics to comprehensive training on our entire system. We’d suggest that you watch as many of them as you need to in order to feel comfortable with our system.

Comprehensive training on broad topics:

• Manager Tour (recommended for all new RegOnline users) - Walkthrough of the RegOnline Manager interface.
• Event Build Training (recommended for all new RegOnline users) - Covers the essential elements of building your registration form, such as event fees, registrant types, agenda items / fees, payment options, and much more.
