Event Confirmation Email is sent along with any Registration Type Confirmation Email

Known Issue:

If a Registration Type is using an alternate Confirmation Email, it will be sent along with the event's standard Confirmation Email. The registrant will end up receiving two Confirmation Emails.

The Merchandise page does not prevent you from using duplicate 'Name on Reports' labels

Known Issue:

The same 'Name on Reports' can be used for multiple items on the Merchandise page. This can cause errors during reporting.

Workaround:

Do not use the same 'Name on Reports' for multiple merchandise items.

Known Issue:

The /*Merge: EventStartDate*/ and /*Merge: EventEndDate*/ merge codes do not work properly when used in Confirmation emails. Instead of the Start or End date appearing in the email content, the merge code itself will display.

Workaround:

Manually enter the dates into the Confirmation email content.

Known Issue:

The Event Website displays Agenda Item Early, Standard and Late pricing in the order entered, not in chronological order. If you create your Standard Price first, it will appear before your Early and Late prices on the Event Website.

The Continue button on the Registration Form will not function if JavaScript is disabled.
