I'm brand new to RegOnline. What resources do you have to help me get started?

Well, you've already found the first one – the RegOnline Help Center! If you’re just getting started with RegOnline or have some familiarity with our system, you’ll find answers to many common questions in our Forum’s Knowledge Base. We also have numerous other resources to help you build and monitor your events, memberships, donations, web events, and/or surveys.

Most of our customers start by watching two web-based training classes:

ActiveEvents onDemand Tour - This short video will help you get oriented to the onDemand interface. You'll also see how you can create a simple first event using our event build wizard. 10 minutes. Watch the onDemand Tour video.

Form Build Training - Once you have your bearings, check out this in-depth video to learn just about everything you can think of (and maybe some things you didn't!) about building your registration form in RegOnline. Watch the Form Build Training video.
