I have a pop-up blocker on my browser, but I want to allow RegOnline pop-up windows to open. How do I allow pop-ups from RegOnline?

Solution:

It depends on which browser you’re using. RegOnline supports two browsers, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Instructions are below for allowing pop-ups on these two browsers.

If you’re using Internet Explorer:

1. In the top menu bar, click Tools, then Internet Options. 
2. On the Privacy tab, in the Pop-Up Blocker section click the Settings button.
3. In the Address of Web Site to Allow field, enter www.regonline.com in the Additional Informaiton section below and click Add. RegOnline will be added to the Allowed Sites list.
4. Click Close, then click OK to close the Internet Options window.

If you’re using Mozilla FireFox:

1. On the top menu bar, click Tools, then Options.
2. Click Content, then Allowed Sites. 
3. In the Address of Web Site field, enter www.regonline.com and click Allow. RegOnline will be added to the allowed sites list with a Status of Allow.
4. Click Close, then click OK.

Additional Information:

You may also have 3rd party pop-up blockers installed on your computer (such as Google Toolbar or Yahoo! Toolbar). These will need to be configured or disabled separately.
