I have a pop-up blocker on my browser, but I want to allow RegOnline pop-up windows to open. How do I allow pop-ups from RegOnline?
Solution:
It depends on which browser you’re using. RegOnline supports two browsers, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Instructions are below for allowing pop-ups on these two browsers.
If you’re using Internet Explorer:
- In the top menu bar, click Tools, then Internet Options.
- On the Privacy tab, in the Pop-Up Blocker section click the Settings button.
- In the Address of Web Site to Allow field, enter www.regonline.com in the Additional Informaiton section below and click Add. RegOnline will be added to the Allowed Sites list.
- Click Close, then click OK to close the Internet Options window.
If you’re using Mozilla FireFox:
- On the top menu bar, click Tools, then Options.
- Click Content, then Allowed Sites.
- In the Address of Web Site field, enter www.regonline.com and click Allow. RegOnline will be added to the allowed sites list with a Status of Allow.
- Click Close, then click OK.
Additional Information:
You may also have 3rd party pop-up blockers installed on your computer (such as Google Toolbar or Yahoo! Toolbar). These will need to be configured or disabled separately.
