How do I change my password?

Solution:

The easiest way to change your password is to:

1. Sign in to RegOnline.
2. On the Account tab, click the Edit Your User Information link on the right side.
3. Enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields and click Save & Close.

Additional Information:

Your password must contain at least 8 characters, one number and one alpha character.

You can also change the password for any user in your account, including your own (if you have sufficient user or role permissions), from the Account tab. 

1. On the Account tab, click the Users link.
2. Click on the Username of the User you wish to change the password for. Enter the new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields and click Save & Close.
