    About Manage Account:

    This screen enables you to display or update the contact information for your RegOnline account, run statements showing your account activity, manage your default account information, and more.

    Required fields in each section are marked with a red asterisk (*).

    Field Descriptions:

    Primary Contact Information – Displays the main RegOnline contact information for this account. Click the edit icon to display additional fields and to modify any of the contact information for this account.

    Account Defaults – Specifies various default settings for this account such as the base currency, time zone, default pricing, and bounceback email address to use for activity in this account, as well as your RegOnline pricing plan (click the Show link to see your pricing details), and ETF Banking info (if applicable). Click the edit icon to modify any of the information in this section.

    Billing Contact Information – Specifies the primary contact for billing questions associated with this account. Click the edit icon to display additional fields and to modify any of the billing contact information for this account.

    Same as Primary – Click this link to use the same information specified in the Primary Contact Information section above.

    Last Payment/Invoice – Displays payment information for this account, including current balance and amount and date of last payment.

    Detailed Account Activity – Contains links to reports of your account activity for the current month and five previous calendar months.

    Month – Select the month for which to run the selected report.

      • For reports of account activity more than six months ago, please contact our Client Services team at 303/577-5100 option 3.

    Forms Activated – Details the forms (events, surveys, donations, etc.) that were made Active, and any charges incurred for those forms, during the selected period.

    Registrations – Displays all registrations for the selected month, broken down by event, with details for amount collected, payment method, and RegOnline charges per registration.

    Credit Card Transactions – Displays all credit card transactions for your events, and RegOnline fees associated with those transactions.

    Additional Services – Displays charges for any completed customizations, event builds, etc., that you have requested from RegOnline for the selected period.
