Topic:
I just ran a Rooming List for my event and it came up empty, but I know I have attendees booked into hotels. Why is my report empty?
Solution:
When you click Run for the Rooming List, by default the report will look for unassigned attendees. This is most likely why the report is blank – because all of the event attendees are assigned to a hotel.
To modify your report to see attendees who are booked at a particular hotel:
- On the Events tab, click the Title of the desired event.
- Click the Reports link to view the available reports. Click the Rooming List link to run the report.
- Click the Filter button at the top of the report. This opens the Rooming List Filter window.
- In the Select a Hotel field, select the hotel you’d like to see in this report and click OK to run the report.
- The report should now contain the lodging data for the selected hotel.
Additional Information:
If you are using Passkey to book lodging for your event, the Rooming List report will show attendees as Unassigned and the Select a Hotel dropdown list will display as empty. This is because the lodging information is being stored in Passkey and not in your RegOnline event.
