Manager – RegMail – Mailing Lists
About RegMail Mailing Lists:
A mailing list in RegMail is a group of contacts that you have either created or uploaded to your RegOnline account.
The only required field for all records in a mailing list is the email address. All other fields are optional.
Column Descriptions:
List # – System-assigned number for this mailing list.
Name – The name entered in the List Name field when the mailing list was created.
Type – The type of list selected from the List Type field when the mailing list was created. Valid types are:
- Custom List – A list that has been uploaded to RegMail.
- Event Attendees – A list of attendees from one or more events.
- Filtered List – A list that has been filtered from the Master List.
Add – Used to manually add records to this mailing list. See the Related Link below for more information.
Find – Used to search by last name and/or email address for a specific record in a mailing list.
Upload – Used to add, update or replace existing records in a list by uploading the new/revised information to that list.
- The Upload icon only displays in this column when the list type is Custom List. For other list types, this column is blank.
Download – Used to download a mailing list. Download file format is CSV (comma separated values), which is generally associated with Microsoft Excel.
Count – Used to calculate the number of records in this list.
- Click the icon to display a count of the records in this list. You can also click the number that displays in this field to see the individual records in the list.
Delete – Used to delete this list from your RegOnline account.
