How do I generate an invoice (or receipt) for an attendee?
Solution:
- Go to the Attendee Record for this attendee.
- Along the top of the Attendee Record, click the Generate Invoice button. The invoice/receipt will display in a new window.
- You can click the Print link to prints this window, or the Email link to email a copy of the receipt/invoice to the attendee.
Additional Information:
The form that is generated will say “Invoice” along the top if the attendee has an outstanding balance due, or “Receipt’ if the balance is zero.
