I want to run name badges (or labels) for the attendees shown on a custom report. How can I do that?

Solution:

Once you’ve built both the name badges and the custom report, you can run your custom report and then export the report into name badge format.

To create badges for the attendees on a custom report:

1. Run the custom report.
2. At the top of the window, click Export, then select Labels.
   • If you have more than one label set up for this event, you will need to select the label you would like to create from the Please Select a Label dropdown list. 
   • If you have just one label, it will run automatically.
3. The labels will display in the same window as the custom report.

Additional Information:

When you run labels/badges, RegOnline will create a PDF file based on the layout you’ve selected. You can print the labels from the window that displays, or you can save the labels to your computer and print them later.
