How do I copy a custom report or membership directory to another event?
Solution:
If you have created a custom report for an event in your account, then the report can be copied to another event instead of building the same report again.
To do so:
- On the Events tab, click the Title of the event that contains the report you would like to copy.
- Click on the Reports link.
- Click the Copy icon next to the desired report. The Copy Report window will display.
- Select the radio button titled Copy Report to Another Form.
- Select the event that you want to send this report to.
- Click the Copy button.
Additional Information:
- Only those Custom Fields, Agenda Items and Fees on this report which have the same Field Names (Column name on reports) in both events will be copied to the new report.
- Registrant Type filters will only be copied if the Registrant Types have the same exact name in both events.
