    How do I change a registrant's payment method?

    Topic:

    I would like to change the payment method listed on a registrant's Attendee Record.  How do I do this?

    Solution:

    When someone completes their registration and selects a payment method it is stored on their Attendee Record. 

    To change the Payment Method on an attendee's record:

    1. Find and edit the registrant's record to open the Attendee Info. window.
    2. Click on the Payment Method link in the Personal Information section.
    3. In the Payment Information window, select the radio button for the desired Payment Method.
    4. Enter any required or additional information, such as Credit Card information, Check Number, PO Number, etc.
    5. Click Save & Close.

    Additional Information:

    Changing the Payment Method or Payment Type using the steps above will not charge any credit card number entered or create a new transaction.
