How do I insert an Adobe Flash object or file to my event registration form? 

Solution:

If you have a Flash file (.swf) that you would like to add to your event registration form, then you can do this using the HTML Content Editor.

To do so:

1. Open the HTML Content Editor where you would like to insert the Flash file.
2. Place your cursor where you want the flash file inserted into your content.
3. Click the Flash Manager icon on the tool bar. The Flash Manager window opens.
4. Click on the Upload Flash tab at the top of the window.
5. Click Browse to locate the Flash file (.swf) on your computer.
   • File size must be 100KB or smaller.
6. Click Upload to add it to your RegOnline account. You will be taken to the Browse Files tab automatically.
7. Click on the Flash file (.swf) that you uploaded on the left.
   • Apply any additional properties with the settings on the right side of the window.
8. Click Insert to add the file to your content. You will be taken back to the HTML Content Editor.
9. Save your changes.

Additional Information:

Flash objects or files should not be used in email content since the recipient of the email will not be able to view the Flash properly in an email client.
