How do I add RegOnline to Internet Explorer's Trusted Sites list?

    Topic:

I am having trouble with blocked content when using RegOnline. How do I add RegOnline to Internet Explorer's Trusted Sites list?

    Solution:

RegOnline is a web based application, so your web browser settings are very important for optimal performance of the program. There may be instances in which Internet Explorer’s security settings prevent the proper functioning of certain features in RegOnline (specifically scripted windows). Adding RegOnline to Internet Explorer’s “Trusted Sites” list may solve some of those issues. Don’t worry, when we say “security settings” we aren’t talking about credit card security, or secure information.

To add RegOnline to your trusted sites list, follow the step by step instructions below:

    1. Click on the Tools menu in IE and select Internet Options.
    2. Click on the Security tab then the Trusted Sites icon (looks like a green checkmark).
    3. Click the Sites button. A new window appears allowing you to add a new site.
    4. In the field provided type in this URL exactly https://www.regonline.com, and then click the Add button. You’ll see the site populate in the Web Sites list below.
    5. Click OK (Note: In Internet Explorer 7, this button is designated Close), and then OK again.

RegOnline is now added to your trusted sites.

If you continue to have issues after adding the address to your trusted sites list, then please contact RegOnline Tech Support.
