How do I resend a confirmation email to an individual attendee in my event?
Solution:
You can re-send a confirmation email to an attendee after they have registered from any attendee record. Once you have located the attendee record there is a link at the top of the record window to re-send a confirmation email.
Here are the steps to locate the attendee from your Attendees report and then re-send the confirmation email:
- From the Standard Reports for your Event, click on the Attendees report
- Click on the blue registration ID # to the left of the attendee whom you want to send the email. This will open the Attendee Info screen for this individual.
- Click the Re-send Confirmation button at the top of this screen. This will pop-up the Send Confirmation Email window.
- Here you may adjust the displayed email fields if applicable. Then click Send Confirmation Email.
