How do I run a report that shows the group discounts that were given to my attendees? 

Solution:

When a Group Discount Rule has been created for your Event then a new Standard Report will appear on the Standard Reports tab called the "Group Discount report". The Group Discounts report displays a listing of just the groups that registered for your event, along with information about the discount that applied to each group.

To run the Group Discounts report:

1. On the Events tab, click the Title of the event you wish to create the report for. The Event Dashboard will appear.
2. Click the Reports link and then click the Group Discount link, located under the Finacial Reports heading.
3. The Group Discounts report displays in a new window.
   • Each group that registered for your event displays on a separate row in the report, including the name of the Primary Attendee, the Group ID number, the number of people in the group, and the total charge and discount amount for that group.
   • Roll-over group or row to see a popup window detailing the Discount Rule that was in effect when that particular group registered. See the Additional Information below for notes about the text in this popup window.

About the popup text window in your report -

When you roll over a group or row on the Group Discount report, the text that displays in the popup window is the same as the "What's This?" link on your registration form. If you have made changes to the group discount rule for your form, the popup text that displays in the Group Discount Report is the "What's This?" text that was in effect when this group registered.
