How do I apply the event theme to the Confirmation & Reminder emails in my Event?

Solution:

The emails created for your Event (such as Confirmation & Reminder emails) can be formatted to match the theme used for your registration form. You can apply the event theme to emails on the Emails tab in the Event Builder as well as Reminder emails setup in Reminder & Follow-up Emails section.

To apply the event theme to a Confirmation email:

1. Edit your Event and click on the Emails tab.
2. Click the link to edit the appropriate Confirmation Email. This will open the "New Confirmation Email" window.
3. Select the Apply the event theme to this email checkbox located beneath the Subject field.
4. Click Save & Stay to apply your changes.
   • You can then click on the Preview button to view the email with the theme applied to it.
5. Save your changes when finished.

To apply the event theme to a Reminder email:

1. Edit your Event and click on the Emails tab.
2. Click on the Schedule a reminder email for the registrant link. This will open the "Edit Reminder / Follow-up Email" window.
3. Select the Apply the event theme to this email checkbox located beneath the Subject field.
4. Click Save & Stay to apply your changes.
   • You can then click on the Preview button to view the email with the theme applied to it.
5. Save your changes when finished.

Note: You can also access your Reminder email(s) (as well as schedule multiple reminders) from the Reminder & Follow-up Emails link located on the Event Dashboard, Functions tab in the RegOnline Manager window. More Info...

Additional Information:

When the event theme is applied to an email, then a logo can be inserted in the header of the email content by uploading an Email Logo to your Event.  You can do this from the Theme & Colors tab in the Global Options section. Show me how...
