    How do I include terms and conditions for registrants to accept?


    Topic:

    I'd like to include our terms and conditions on my registration form, so our registrants see the information as they register. How do I include terms & conditions on my registration form?

    Solution:

    Most customers have specific information they need to present to their registrants regarding their terms and conditions. To include terms and conditions information on your registration form:

    1. Edit your event.
    2. Click on the Registration Form Pages tab and select the Checkout page.
    3. Make the following entries:
      • Edit Terms & Conditions - Click this link to open a content editor window where you can enter your terms, and format the information as needed.
        • See the Related Links below for more information about using the HTML Content Editor.
      • Require Registrant to Accept Terms & Conditions - When slected, the registrant must agree to your terms by selecting the checkbox on the registration form that says, "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions".
    4. Click Save or Save & Close when done.
