- This is indicative of a Pop-up blocker. Several of RegOnline's functions work with pop-ups so you may want to look into your firewall and security settings to allow pop-ups from RegOnline.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, you can bypass your pop-up blocker, run your report while holding down your control key. Do not let go of the control key until your report comes up.
