    How do I change an attendee's status?

    Topic:

    I would like to change the status of one of my registrants or attendees.  How do I do this?

    Solution:

    There are numerous statuses available to use for your registrants. You can use these registration statuses to categorize or track your registrants in your event internally.

    To change the status of just one attendee:

      1. First, locate and edit the registrant's record.
      2. Go to the Attendee Info screen for the registrant.
      3. At the upper-right corner of the first section, Personal Information, click to Edit.  This will open a window where you can edit all Personal Information.
      4. In this Edit window, the very first dropdown field at the top of this page is the Status field.  Click this dropdown and select the new Status you want.
      5. Once the status has been changed, scroll all the way to the bottom of the Edit window and click to Save and Close.
      6. This will take you back to the main Attendee Info page where you can simply close the page by clicking the red X in the top right corner.

    Additional Information:

    The "incomplete" registration status is reserved as a system status and can not be assigned manually. An attendee is only set as incomplete if they did not finish the registration process and therefore will only appear in the Incomplete Registration report.

    Registrations completed using the Self-Registration, or On-Site Kiosk will automatically be changed to an "Attended" status.
