How do I create lodging in my event when I book the rooms?
Solution:
If you have not yet added the hotel(s) you’ll be using, you’ll need to do so first:
- Edit your Event and click on the Registration Form Pages tab.
- Click on the Lodging & Travel page.
- Collect lodging information from the following - Check the appropriate boxes for the Registrant Types that you wish to see the Lodging Standard fields.
- Click on the Hotel Selection(s) link to open the Hotel Details window
- Select your hotel from the dropdown list,
- Enter any additional information you need for this hotel,
- Click Save & Close to add the hotel and return to the event builder window.
- If you have a specific range of dates that this hotel is available, enter those dates in the Valid Date Range for Check-In/Check-Out fields.
- Select any other fields that you would like to display on your registration form by checking the box in the Visible column
- If you would like to make any of these fields required, then check the box in the Required column as well.

If you plan to use the Rooming List Report to track your lodging information, you must require the following fields:
- Primary Hotel Selection
- Room Type
- Check in accommodations
- Check out
