How do I view and edit registrant information?
Solution:
Once an attendee has registered for your event, as the event administrator, you have complete control over the information that was entered and saved in your account. This means that you can change any of the information on an attendee's record from the RegOnline Manager.
To do so:
- Find and edit the registrant's record to open the Attendee Info. window.
- The attendee's information that was entered during registration is organized into different sections, which can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate icons on the left sidebar.

- You can edit information by clicking on the Edit button in the header of each section.
- After editing any information, be sure to save your changes.
