Topic:
I would like to insert a document into my registration form for registrants to download.
Solution:
You can insert a document into any HTML content editor throughout your registration form or in any email by using the Document Manager tool.
Here is how to do it:
- In your Event Setup, go to the section you wish for the document to appear and click on the page and pencil icon to the right of the field to enter the HTML Content Editor.
- Enter the text you wish to use as a link.
- For example: "Click here to see the full agenda."
- Using your mouse, highlight the text you wish to be the link.
- While this word is highlighted, click the Document Manager button
from the toolbar.
- In the Document Manager, click Upload Document tab.
- Browse for your document in your computer files. Once found, double click on the document.
- The directory to your document will now appear in the File field. Click the Upload button.
- This will take you to the Browse Files tab. Your document will now display in the list at the left.
- Click your newly loaded document so that it is highlighted in blue.
- Click the Insert button to the right.
- Your highlighted text should now be underlined indicating that a link has been created from that text to your document.
- Save your changes when finished.
