I have entered a number of test registrations. How do I delete them from my event?

Solution:

When you Go Live or Activate your registration form, then you will have the option to remove all registrations entered while the event was in Testing status.  However if you wish to delete your test registrations before Activating your event then you can do this from the Event Dashboard in the RegOnline Manager.

To do this: 

1. Locate and select your event in the Manager window.
2. Select the Functions tab from the Event Dashboard.
3. Click the Delete Test Registrations link.
4. A pop-up message will ask you if you are sure. Click OK to continue.
   • This action will delete all of the Test Registrations in the event.
   • See the Additional Information below to delete one test registration at a time.
5. Another pop-up window will tell you how many test registrations were deleted. Click OK.

Additional Information:

You can also delete one test registration at a time instead of removing all test registrations at once.

To do so:

1. Find and edit the registrant's record to open the Attendee Info. window.
2. Select or roll the mouse over the More>> link from the green tool bar at the top of the window.
3. Click the link to Delete this attendee.
4. Click the OK to close the window.

For billing and record keeping purposes, "live" registrations (registrations entered while the event is not in Testing status) can not be deleted from your account.  You can only cancel live registrations.
