I would like to move an attendee from one event in my account to a different event.  Is this possible?

Solution:

Unfortunately, there is no way to move a registration from one event to another.   You will need to re-register this attendee for the alternate event:

1. Click on the blue numbers to the right of your event; this will take you to the Attendee Roster List.
2. Find your attendee and click on the ID number for that person to open.  This will open the Attendee Info screen.
3. You may want to print this record so that you have a copy of all registration details.  Click the Print button in the top right corner for each section of the record (sections are accessed by clicking the buttons in the left hand column of the Attendee Info screen).
4. Cancel the incorrect registration by clicking the Cancel button in the top left corner of the Attendee Info screen.
5. Close both the Attendee Info and the Attendee Roster List, taking you back to your RegOnline Home page and your list of Events.
6. Select the Event you wish to re-register this attendee for, highlighting that event in yellow.
7. Click the Register link in the functions menu below your list of Events and re-register this attendee in the correct event.  You may want to be sure that there is an alternative payment option (check or custom payment options) in this event so that you can mark this registrant as already having paid in the original and incorrect event.
