Topic:
I'm using the group registrations feature for my Event, and I want to run a report of just those attendees who've signed up as part of a group. How do I run a report to display just the group registrations for my Event?
Solution:
Group registrations allow one person to sign up a group of people for your Event and, if applicable, pay for that entire group with one transaction.
To run a report to view those attendees who have registered as part of a group:
- On the Events tab click on the Title of the event that you want to report for, then click the Reports link.
- Under the Attendee Reports heading, click Confirmed (if you would like to view group members of a different status, select that status here).
- Click the Filter button at the top of the report.
- Check the box to Sort by Group ID, then click OK. The report displays in a new window, sorted & color-coded by groups.
See the additional information below if you are using Group Discounts in your Event setup.
Additional Information:
If you are charging registration fees and using the Group Discount Rule feature to offer a group discount, then there is an additional report that you can use to view Group Registrations and the fees associated with each group. This report is called the Group Discounts Report and is located on the Standard Reports tab on the Event Dashboard. The Group Discounts Report is only visible when you are using the Group Discount Rule in your Event.
