How can I send an email to my registrants from the Attendees report?
Solution:
- Run the Attendees report.
- Select the attendees you would like to email by clicking the checkbox to the left of each attendee. You may select all attendees by clicking the checkbox at the top of the checkbox column.
- At the bottom of the report, click the Send Email button. This will open the Send Group Email window.
- Select a saved RegMail Content from the dropdown at the top of the screen OR create an email in the html Content Editor and/or Text-Only Content box(es) below.
- Enter your Name, Email, Bounce Email, and Subject for the email.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Send Group Email window. Here you may check to send yourself a copy of the email as well.
- Click Send.
Additional Information:
You can also send an email from any report in your account, including custom reports, in the same manner.
