How do I connect my existing Merchant Gateway (Merchant Account, Payment Processor, etc.) to RegOnline?

Solution:

If you already have a Merchant Gateway setup to process online credit card transactions through your Merchant Bank, then you can connect it to your RegOnline account to use for your event registration forms.

Here are the 2 steps to link your own Merchant Gateway to RegOnline:

1. Verify your merchant bank account, and make sure it is Internet enabled
2. You will need a Merchant Gateway (online credit card processor) that is supported by both your merchant bank AND RegOnline.
   • Click on your supported Merchant Gateway to get specific setup instructions.

Supported Gateways & Currencies:

• Authorize.net (U.S. Dollars)
• Beanstream (Canadian & U.S. Dollars)* 
• CyberSource (U.S. Dollars)
• eLink (U.S. Dollars)
• LinkPoint (U.S. Dollars)
• Moneris - e-Select Plus account (Canadian & U.S. Dollars)
• Ogone (Any currency, but may be bank specific)
• Payflow Pro (U.S. & Australian Dollars)
• PayPal - Website Payments Pro - (U.S., Canadian, & Australian Dollars, Brittish Pounds, Euros, Japanese Yen)**
• Protx (Brittish Pounds - GBP only)*
• SecureTrading (Any currency, but may be bank specific)
• Skipjack (U.S. Dollars)

*Does not support online refunds through RegOnline, however refunds can be processed directly through the Merchant Gateway.

**Must have a U.S. or U.K. Website Payments Pro account.

Additional Information:

Fees:

• There are no account setup fees and no monthly charges.
• There is a 0.95% transaction fee for all online credit card transactions.
• This fee will be billed to you by RegOnline in addition to any fees billed to you by your merchant gateway.
• Online credit card refunds are considered an online transaction and therefore are subject to the normal transaction fees.
• These fees are valid for any gateway setup after September 26th, 2008. For older gateways, contact your sales representative for pricing information.
