About RegOnline email notifications:
Whenever someone registers for your event, modifies their registration, cancels their registration, or simply does not complete their registration, you (the event administrator) can be notified via email. By default the system will email you for each one of these instances when you enable a notification.
You can receive notifications for:
- New Registrations
- Incomplete Registrations
- Registration Updates - these include any change to a registration record by an attendee
- Cancellations
- Substitutions
- Changes to personal information
- Changes to individual item selections
How can I set up these notifications to get daily summary?
If you do not want to receive individual emails for each of these notifications, then you can set up each notification to send you a daily summary of the activity. When you enable a notification for any one of these situations, there is an option to receive these as a daily summary in a single email.
- Edit your Event and Click on the Emails tab
- Click on any link that says "Email you a notification" to modify the notification settings for each situation.
- Check the box titled "Send Notification as a Daily Summary" and save your changes.
See the related links below for further assistance with this feature.
Additional Information:
If you choose to receive a daily summary of admin notifications, then these emails will be sent each day at 12:00 AM MST with registration and update information for the previous 24 hours.
