About the Event Fee:

The event fee feature allows you to easily set up a single registration fee for your event that all of your registrants will pay.

The Event Fee is:

• Easy to use - One-step setup to charge a registration fee for your event.
• Flexible - The event fee can be set up for your entire event or you can charge different event fees for different types of registrants as well as offer early-bird / late pricing and discount codes.

How do I use the Event Fee feature?

You can use the Event Fee feature to set up a single registration fee for all of your registrants.  However you also have the ability to add discount options to your single Event Fee such as Early-Bird discounts, discount codes, etc.

To set up a single Event Fee:

1. Edit your Event
2. Enter in the Regular Price for your Event in the Event Fee field
3. You can set up advanced pricing options by clicking on the Advanced link
   • Options available:
     • Early-bird / Late Pricing
     • Discount Codes
     • Taxes (such as VAT or GST tax)
4. Save your changes when done.

Additional Information:

If you have different categories of registrants (or Registrant Types) and would like to charge them all a different registration fee, then you can create separate Event Fees for the various Registrant Types that will override the single Event Fee that set up for your event.
