What is event-level pricing and how does that work?

    Topic:

I see in the Go Live or Activate window that I can select the pricing to use for this event. How does that work?

    Solution:

If your RegOnline account has more than one pricing option available, you will see a field  when activating an event allowing you to Select the pricing plan to use for this event, along with a dropdown list of available pricing options. When you select an option and go live with your event, this is the pricing plan that is in effect for all registrations and activity for that event.

    Additional Information:

This field does not display when your account has only one pricing plan available. If you would like to learn more about event-level pricing options for your account, please contact our Client Services Department at 888/351-9948 option 3.

You can see your default pricing in the Manage Account window.

    1. On the Account tab, click the Account Information link.
    2. In the Account Defaults section, click the Show link. A table or grid will appear displaying the Default Pricing Schedule for your account.
