My event has a other activities that I would like to charge a fee for (other than registration fees).  How do I set this up?

Solution:

In addition to registration fees (Event Fees), you can also charge registrants fees for optional, scheduled fees for a number of situations.  For example, maybe you want to offer a Golf Tournament, Spa, or maybe a Pre-Conference Workshop for an optional fee or perhaps you need to offer multiple registration fee options to a single Registrant Type. These items can be set up on the Agenda page of your registration form.

RegOnline uses a combination of two things to set up fee items for different registrants:

• Registrant Types - This allows you to set up separate "categories" of registrants as well as different registration fees (Event Fees) for the various types. The registrants can then select the appropriate type from the choices you've set up.
• Agenda Items / Fees - These are the components of your Event, including your optional activity fees. When you create an Agenda Item for an optional fee, you can select the Registrant Type(s) that see that item, enabling you to display only the fee that's appropriate for that type.

If you only have a single registration fee for all of your attendees, then the easiest way is to set up one Event Fee for your entire event or separate Event Fees for various Registrant Types.
