    How do I move an existing user to another account?

    Topic:
    How do I move an existing user in one RegOnline account to another sub-account?

    Solution:
    1. On the Account tab, click the Users link. A list of all users in the account will display.
    2. Then at the top of the main window, click Add User from Another Account.
    3. Select the account you would like to retrieve the user from.  Then select the user that you would like to move.  Click Save & Close.

    Now you need to assign this User to a Folder.

    1. On the Events tab, select the Folder that contains the events you want this User to have access to work with.  (If the User should have access to multiple folders, you will need to repeat this process for each folder.)
    2. Click the Folder Permissions icon (a folder with a padlock), located above the folder tree. This will open the Folder Permissions window.
    3. Click to Add User/Role to go to the Add Users/Roles window.
    4. Select the checkbox to the left of the User you wish to add, then click OK.  This will take you back to the Security tab.
    5. Click OK at the bottom of the Security tab.
