I would like to rename my account (or sub-account). How can I do this?
Solution:
You can rename any Account or Sub-Account in RegOnline by following these simple steps:
- Login to your account or sub-account.
- On the Account tab, click the Account Information link.
- In the Account Defaults section click the Edit button.
- Change the name in the Account Name field. Here you can change the name as it will appear in your Folder List for the specified account. (If you leave this field blank, then the Organization Name will be used as the Account Name.)
- Click the Save link when finished to save your changes.
