How do I remove unused pages from my registration form?

    Topic:

My event is fairly simple, and I don’t have any information in some of the tabs in my form. How do I remove those pages from my registration form?

    Solution:

When you haven't added any information in a tab in the Event Builder, that page will not display in the registration form. That means that if you don’t specify anything at all on some of your Event pages, they do not display to your registrants.

This applies to the following pages in your event setup:

    • Agenda
    • Lodging & Travel
    • Merchandise
You may also see a check box on some pages that allows you to enable/disable a particular page in the Event Builder.  For example, if you have items on the Agenda page but would like to remove it from the registration form, then you can clear the checkbox titled Display agenda items on the registration form.  This will hide all of the items on that page.

    Additional Information:

These pages will always show up on your event registration form:

    • Start
    • Personal Information (can be renamed)
    • Checkout (can be renamed)
    • Confirmation
